Hey guys,

Just a quick thread starter,

New Iron Ore IPO,

Spun out from Cape Lambert (CFE)

Very tight registry,

20m shares + 10m (promoter) 20c unlisted options

Has cash of $3m

IPO price was 20c, so is up 300% on IPO, but at 75c mkt cap = $15m undilluted and $22m dilluted,

Given current mkt sentiment who knowws where this could end up

Watching

p.s. Any lucky bastards out there get in on the IPO?

An iron company spinning out an iron company...WTF! Iron is the new uranium.... LOL ;) .............

I have 50,000 shares which I got via the distribution from owning CFE shares, turned out to be a nice investment.

Will be holding on for a while given the state of the iron ore market.

Anyone how much GFE I should get for the 5000 CFE shares which I sold on 05/10/2007 which I bought on 30/04/2007? Why I did not see anything in my IB account? 1 for 80. then I should have 62.5 gfe in my account. where is it now?

Do you mean you once had 4000000 CFE shares in your account. That is a very big amount. The value is nearly 2m.

Anyway... ANYWAY.... my lost GFE shares at todays close adds up to real money. Indian givers. I held CFE shares for six months and sold when I could see no other choice. If I had sold when I first proved my concern with the 70% sale the CFE share price was in the 70's. After a long phone call to management I held and kept the finding to myself. Next time I will trust my own judgement..... and I did.... and I was spot on.

GFE site's not up and running? What makes you think it ever will? I don't know what resources they have (neither do they "THEY SAY") but if the CFE site is an example of GFE's site then "who cares" .... I want to know who owns the other 80% of GFE? hmmm

how long you have to hold the cfe shares to get some global ones? I bought some cfe on 26 september, can I qualify for some shares?
