The GARDA Diversified Property Fund is a multi-asset open-ended fund. The Fund assets are primarily located in southeast Queensland and Melbourne, with one asset in Cairns. The Fund holds a diversified balance between suburban and city-fringe A-Grade and B-Grade assets. The majority of the Fund properties are commercial in nature besides one industrial property located in Brisbane.
It is anticipated that GDF will list on the ASX during July 2015.
