From the technical point of view it may be turning the corner. I find fibonnaci retracements useful. This is a weekly chart of FZN back to 2005.

Its approaching a 23% retracement from the low as measured from the high in May 2006.

If it keeps on going past 74c on higher volume it may be worth a punt. Its been on my watchlist. what are its fundametals like. ?
