Flexiroam (FRX) vs. ZipTel (ZIP)

Both companies are in same nature operating in the roaming space, both reports written by Patersons. However as I read the prospectus of flexiroam and visited their blog, it seems that the have better financial track record & potential upside. Do you think the offer is attractive? ur thoughts
