What do you want to do? Compare dividends of multiple shares at the same time? If you only want to do one at a time the asx does it pretty well and te pay sites aren't that much better.
If you use Commsec, you can get a history of D/E by picking a stock, selecting research, company profile should come up, select D/E and a history comes up with how much and dates paid etc. I'd imagine other online brokers would have a similar function?
