Anyone else hear about this trend of Universities using the balance of probabilities to determine sexual assault allegations made on Campus.So our Justice system uses beyond reasonable doubt. But now you can be cleared of allegations by the Law but still found guilty by a kangaroo court at a University.Plenty of ambitious and aggressive Feminists who'll exploit that. Remember that University survey that concluded some 90% of female students had been sexually assaulted.Geepers, this is just wrong. Even the Law Society is speaking out against it.
