Well, the signs so far are less than encouraging to this end. The flow of boats has actually increased.It's my bet that the people smugglers and the asylum seekers are, not unreasonably, banking on the Rudd government failing to follow through, and are believing they will achieve entry to Australia.Can't blame them for that, given the last several years.
