It seems to be a fancy mathematical model cooked up by inside traders.

It uses a set of complex indicators which change dynamically with market movement i.e. the parameters of the indicators change dynamically. I think. I'm a simple price volume and fibonnaci chartist myself, so don't quote me on that.

I read an article on it on the net a few months ago. I'm sure you can google it.

Dont these computers find arbitrage scenarios and take advantage of them before anyone else is able to notice them.
