It looks as if the investigation in to Craig Thomson's use of his HSU Union Credit Card will never see the light of day.

According to media reports there is no certainty that it will be publicly released.

This is an obvious politicisation of the Industrial Judiciary and will be a blight on all associated with it, and bring all decisions of Fair Work in to disrepute.

It has been sitting in the Fair Work microwave for too long as it is, three years in all.

It deserves to see the light of day. If not, they will have buckleys of keeping it under wraps, someone will leak it anyway.

Time is up Fair Work.

It is time to be fair to the long suffering HSU workers who have funded the alleged high life of their Union representatives.

Fair Work is not just for the Union bosses and overpaid CEO's of our companies. Just a small part of it's efforts should be for the workers who provide the cushy life for CEO's and Union Bosses, and the Fair Work public servants.

GG, do you think the opposition will have any success with the Senate estimates enquiry which I believe may start next week?

This is abolutely scandalous and some how must be brought out into the open.

What if Kathy Jackson was to take up a petition amongst the HSU members. Could they not force FWA by legal means to demand release of that report?

Can the media get access to it under the freedom of information act somehow?

Senate Estimates will push for it, but it is still up to Fair Work to release it.

Kathy Jackson has tried for 3 years to get them to act and publish to no avail.

It will not be released by legal means unless Freedom of Information can get it.

Can the media get access to it under the freedom of information act somehow?

This takes time and the main strategy is not the report, but the delaying of the report until the ALP can get their Carbon Tax and other Loonie Bills through parliament. Then Thomson will be fed to the lampreys if there are any adverse findings.

It is inconceivable that it will not be leaked to the Press according to a mate who works in the Fair Work citadel, although he/she/it has not seen it thus far.

Only a few top bunny rabbits have access to it. Three to be exact.

Noco, it is inconceivable that a body of independent ex-union officials could be protecting one of their own. It makes no difference to these upright men that the loss of Craig Thomson could bring down the Gillard government
