Yes, but as I said before, the information available is not as comprehensive as if you subscribed to the service concerned.

Could someone tell me what charting facilities E trade has.

Live?

Tick data,Tech tools. within a live chart?
Search/alert tools within the data---eg I can search top volume,Top % gains,Top% losses,Most trades at any time using Marketcast--maybe I can get rid of Marketcast is a trading platform has all if not more than it has--cheaper.
