Is there some sort of time warp happening here?

50c a share may be seen to be opportunistic for holders after watching it shoot to 70c ish. Maybe that was overdone. But, I'm not sure if 11Mt@1% Li is worth $136m is it?

On November 7th, 2023, Essential Metals Limited (ESS) was removed from the ASX's Official List in accordance with Listing Rule 17.11, following implementation of the scheme of arrangement between ESS and its shareholders in connection with the acquisition of all the issued capital in ESS by Develop Global Limited.
