Have just been right through the ebay site and am sorry to inform you that the rules have been changed again . Ebay only offers the insurance on Paypal transactions now. They are willing to help the dispute get solved though. to do this you need to lodge a dispute claim with ebay. This can be accessed though the security centre link at the bottom of the home page.
