EasyLanguage equivalent of ValueWhen and LastValue

Feel free to help me out with this.. it is driving me nuts

Looking for the equivalent of ValueWhen and/or LastValue (Metastock) in Easy/PowerLanguage (TradeStation/Multicharts)

I am unable to work my way around this one
