In my experience, the correct timing of the exit is where the money is ultimately made. Cutting losing trades early & holding better positions is the secret of being a profitable trader. Alternative views have already been expressed in this thread that "buying" is most important to successful trading. Recently I've changed my thinking & now have elevated the entry to "significant" however, with mechanical trading, timing the "exit" is still the hardest part.Skate.
