What you get (and what I'm getting right now as I type), is a misniscule hit of feelgood brain neurotransmitters in response to yet another thought which says "well aren't I clever!". And you are clever, but at what cost? Thinking uses up massive amounts of energy and will always have a negative bias. The reason for the negative bias is that most excessive thinking revolves around problem solving. Focussing on 'what's wrong' or 'what needs fixing' or 'what needs to be understood' will overload your processor pretty quickly.
