CleanTech Lithium PLC is a mineral exploration and development company focusing on brine-based lithium operations in Chile covering an area of approximately 1,250km2. The Company has two main projects, the Laguna Verde Project which is nearing pre-feasibility study stage and the Viento Andino Project where the Company has completed a scoping study.

The Company has the following defined resources:

• Laguna Verde Project: A Mineral Resource estimate of 1.8 million tonnes lithium carbonate equivalent at 200mg/L lithium has been reported (0.5 Mt LCE at 199mg/L Measured, 0.7 Mt LCE at 194mg/L Indicated and 0.7 Mt LCE at 208mg/L Inferred).
• Viento Andino Project: A Mineral Resource estimate of 0.92 million tonnes lithium carbonate equivalent at 207mg/L lithium has been reported (0.44 Mt LCE at 221mg/L Indicated and 0.48 Mt LCE at 195mg/L Inferred).
• Arenas Blancas: No Mineral Resource estimate has been reported as yet.
• Llamara Project: No Mineral Resource estimate has been reported as yet.

The proceeds of the Public Offer are intended to be applied towards the development of the Company's Laguna Verde Project, to produce a Pre-Feasibility Study, undertake works with the objective of upgrading the existing JORC resource to reserves and continue the operation of our DLE pilot plant which is performing well and will soon be producing battery-grade lithium carbonate for product qualification by potential off-takers. Additional costs go towards the completion of the Public Offer, corporate costs and general working capital.

It is anticipated that CTL will list on the ASX during September 2024.
