Having fallen from 14c to 6.5c over the last two months, CRR was looking for some good news to turn things around. A 6.6m intersection of massive and semi-massive base-metal sulphide mineralisation at the Halls Creek Project may just be the catalyst the market was looking for.

CRR has been moving things along since my last post and is now trading at 10c. Last week the company received final approval for drilling at the Sunnyside Prospect at the Halls Peak project in NSW. 1,700m of diamond drilling is planned to test geophysical anomalies to a maximum depth of 700m.

They appear to have some promising targets. Am keeping CRR on the watchlist.

And now, after a run yesterday

The trading halt is being requested pending an announcement regarding the release of a maiden JORC Code 2012 compliant Mineral Resource Estimate at the Company’s Mavis Lake Lithium Project

Seems the punters have bet on a humungous maiden MRE. I'm not so sure. If this news isn't as good as expected then the price is going to tank hard. It would be nice of them if they waited until 31st May to release this report, but alas, the trading halt only lasts for three days max.

That was a huge selloff after the release of their Maiden Mineral Resource at Mavis Lake, Ontario, Canada.

All I can suggest is that they "keep on drilling". Their recent cap raise has provided plenty of cash to fund ongoing exploration.

Edit: They've adopted a new constitution but I haven't read it.

I'm sticking with CRR for June 23. They're in the hot sector that is, Canadian lithium prospects. Price has been smacked down again so I'm hoping for a phoenix-like rally out of the ashes.

And from the mire a hand appeared with a finger pointing skywards. Here's hoping.

Missed it by that much! CRR reports "spectacular" spodumene intercept early July. Price spikes almost 50% (sell signal for me).
