yes you are right, during the last 2 month, the market are very unstable and the citi share and bac share drop to the lowest point. All is the bloody commhell issues. made me miss twice opportunity to get the stock and open the account.

Geez man,

If names on licences and bank accounts don't match, why would you blame commsec for delays in account opening.
