After learning the ropes with NAB online trading Aussie shares and options, I have decided to open an ASX CFD account and international account with Commsec.

After using the Commsec platform I have now come to realise how easy to use the NAB system is to use, what does everyone else think?

As far as Im concerned the NAB platform lays a steaming turd on Commsec, which sux as NAB dont offer CFDs or International shares

No idea about Commsec, but NAB allows warrants, so you can trade the ABN Amro Minis, which are warrants that act like CFDs. Take a look here.

No international shares that I'm aware of, but there are a few ETFs related to international shares (the IShares ones).

Good Morning,

Just for your info comsec are in the process of decommissioning protrader and moving everyone onto webiress. I've been using webiress for a few weeks now, trading ASX options and I am very happy with it.

The only drawback with comsec is the huge brokerage charge on stock movement in the event of assignment, I’ve been avoiding these lately but it’s not always a bad thing so am in the process of joining up with an assignment friendly broker, just have to decide which one.

Cutz.
