Another chart painting a woeful picture for Cobalt......the electric vehicle revolution may be not taking off as fast as expected or maybe the Chinese are no longer stockpiling Cobalt for the battery factories. Celsius Resources (CLA) have shelved their Opuwo Project due to Cobalt prices.
