CMC Markets PDS for Derivative Products dated 30 April 2021

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for the 30 April 2021 Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) for Derivative Products issued by CMC Markets for their Next Generation Platform.

If anyone has a copy of this document, I would be very grateful for your help. This particular PDS version is crucial for some research I'm doing.

Is this document you're seeking likely to be used in support of a future or current lawsuit?

I was looking for CMC PDS too but I got nothing to do with the lawsuit. I am in a process to re-activate my short system. I also tried to contact the customer service through live chat for the PDS but she was reluctantly giving me the firm answer. Perhaps because of the law suit issue

Guys.... never the last ; what ever happen; whether it is a law suit or whatever the issue that evolve, I would like to take your second and remind you that CMC, IG, FP, Go, markets and the rest of CFD providers are all market makers. Products ranges from indices, forex, commodity, shares, option, bit coins are leveraged products. It is your own decision to deal with these providers. So, do your own research before you commit into it and therefore don't risk that you can't afford to loose!. There is a wise words that said" If you can't stand on the heat don't work in the kitchen"! that is also the main reason why I would not never entertain a "self elevated junior system developer" who only brag on cherry picking result or simple trading system that heavily rely on one traditional oscillator.
