Hello,

I've held a company on the Nasdaq code: ENZY. Looks like the company has been taken over and is no longer listed. I can't liquidate this position through interactive brokers. I called them and they stated that that I'll need to set a 'close' order. I tried this but the order just sits on the screen and nothing happens. Quite strange it seems a little disconcerting that my money is locked up somewhere and I can't get access to it. It has been pending like this for over two months. I've taken a screen shot. Any help would be much appreciated,
Thanks - James

If the company has been taken over, wouldn't the buying company have sent you documentation on their offer to buy your shares and hopefully there would be a corporate action allowing you to sell your shares through IB to the new company? Just speculating, but if they are no longer listed, who can buy your shares if you just try to place a sell order and there is no market?
