I was wondering if the CFD providers would not play a con game on someone due to the market not going in their favor and bump someone out of their trade, say , if they were to short the market and there was a huge gap down on some future horror economic news. Would they be "making too much money" and close someones position???

Can they legally bump you out of your short margined position on a big gap down, just because you are making money and taking them to the bank?

I've heard of some CFD horror stories, but haven't heard if they can legally close your short position on a big gap down. Is this possible???
