cel getting some love today.Up 8% on reasonable volume.Really needs to kick above .06 where my exit is.Have already had a call from a Sydney underwriter asking if I knew about the SPP and was I going to participate.She seemed a little deflated when I said no.I just want to make a quick 15% profit and be out.Lot of buyers, but at prices below current.Mick
