On October 20th, 2020, Cordish Dixon Private Equity Fund III changed its name to CD Private Equity Fund III.

CD1, the third of the Private Equity funds from Dixon (name now removed) was launched later by a few months than the earlier CD1 and CD2, and never got any altitude, before 2020 bought them all down

(assuming they were marketed to Evans Dixon clients, who would be the natural buyers, these days?)
