Have a look through the announcements.
Prior to 11/7/05 directors loading up on shares.
Announces the uranium stuff.
Directors start unloding shares.
HELLO!!!
How can they get away with that???
Or have I got this completely wrong? :twak:
Hello *****
Thanks for your feedback.
The joke is on me because I sold the shares at an average of just over 4 cents and today they are 6 cents. I should point out that the shares were not held directly by me but in my capacity as trustee for various family companies. There were compelling reasons for me to sell the shares none of which are related to the fortunes of Batavia.
Batavia should do very well in the next few months and I and all the Directors will all be working hard to achieve success.
I am Managing Director of Tennant Creek Gold which owns over 45 Million BTV shares and is by far the largest shareholder. I am a large shareholder in TNG and remain strongly committed to ensuring BTV's success.
Regards
Neil G Biddle
Director, Batavia Mining Ltd

Re the trustee stuff. That is just to minimise his tax (hive gains off to kids and wife).
And what were the compelling reason to sell a month or so after buying?
He made a crap load of money of course!
Phoned Batavia, drilling results should be out tomorrow.
Was told by the director that he cannot understand why the sell off happened this morning. He put it down to panicking traders.
