Biome Australia Limited (BIO) is an Australian company that primarily operates in the "complementary medicine" industry.

Biome Australia licences, develops and markets innovative, evidence-based, complementary medicines, including nutraceuticals (food-based vitamins and weight management products) and live biotherapeutics (probiotics).

Since incorporation, Biome Australia has launched ten products under the Activated Probiotic® brand including:

• a number of live biotherapeutic products supported by clinical trials on the finished products; and
• a number of other live biotherapeutic products with clinical evidence supporting the efficacy of key probiotic strain(s).

Since July 2018, Biome Australia has marketed its own range of nutraceutical products under the Activated Nutrients® brand.

It is anticipated that BIO will list on the ASX on 30 November 2021.

Price went sideways after the @Captain_Chaza selected it for a monthly comp.
In Dec 23 (again!) price took off and is now consolidating at triple the price!

I'll always underestimate the demand for complementary neutraceuticals like probiotics. So many people willing to pay for quick fixes.

Biome looking healthy as sales send shares soaring

Biome’s shares were up 17% in early trade as the microbiome health company reported 85% growth in international sales.

Despite having only launched in the United Kingdom and Ireland in January this year, Biome said international sales revenue is expected to surpass $850,000 – compared to the previous corresponding period of 2023 which generated revenue of $459,000.
