I have no idea to what extent the ASIC rules cover "education" and what you've written seems pretty clear.But as I heard it explained, so long as none of the examples were current ie at least a week old it was OK. IOW a person could not construe the example as a recommendation to buy or sell.What is the situation if a person writes a book on Tech analysis or whatever?
