On successful completion of the Offer and admission to the Official List, Benjamin Hornigold Limited will be a listed investment company which seeks to implement a high conviction investment style strategy to generate superior returns for shareholders.
The Company's Portfolio will be constructed using the Manager's high conviction, benchmark-independent style of investing, which aims to identify between 5 and 10 investment ideas which are undervalued and provide growth opportunity.
It is anticipated that BHD will list on the ASX during May 2017.
