Hey Guys.

I would like to set a stop-loss on bell direct at -10% but it wont let me.
This is how Ive tried to set it:

I select sell
select the quantity (550)
select Limit with a price of $1.60 (current price $1.80)
select Goods till cancelled

Each time i do these i recieve an email saying

Dear Ryan ,

Please be advised that your order ****** Sell 550 *** @ Limit $1.600 has been rejected by our trading operations team for the following reason; Please check price as too much overlap. Current spread $1.83 - $1.84.

If you have any questions please contact customer support on 1300 786 199 or email support@belldirect.com.au

What you have put in is a regular sell order at $1.60 which got auto-rejected, because it was too far from the current prices.
On the left hand side there's a conditional order button, click that and go through that process instead.

BellDirect is also my broker, and they are a decent team.

In order to set a stop-loss order you must go through the conditional order section.
