Beginning Investment Plan

Hello

I've managed to save $15 000 to invest.

I was thinking of buying $5000 of VBLD Vanguard Global Infrastructure Fund and $10 000 of TECH ETFS Morningstar Global Technology ETF. My investment platform (Netwealth Investments) does not charge brokerage but does charge a $170 yearly administration fee (assessed monthly). Will this work? I'm not aiming to make a huge amount of money just protect my savings from inflation!

i'm looking in to invest in EML Payments Limited (EML.AX)
look's good with growth just wish i had seen it a lot sooner

but would like to know what people think of it as well ??
VBLD look's like it might of just broken the down trend ...
