I assume from the above that you emailed documents detailing your shareholding on 1st April and what you have just received by email is the transfer form for you to sign.That being the case perhaps Jim may possibly be able to offer an explanation for the above delay and to what extent other sellers have had to wait to this point before either recieving transfer forms to sign or confirmation of the transfer.
