Let's use RXL today as a potential example, no news and it's up 10%. News a few days ago but more to come that we don't know about yet ??

Maybe not in the next few days but there's going to be over 100 million shares to come online in the next 12 months which may have a significant dilution impact unless it can be countered with proportional positive news.
