Accelerate Resources Limited is an Australian company incorporated on 7 March 2017 for the purpose of pursuing various investment opportunities in the resources sector by acquiring, exploring, evaluating and exploiting mineral resource project opportunities.

Since incorporation, the Company has entered into the following acquisition agreements: An agreement with Sherlock Minerals Pty Ltd and Thylacine Resources Pty Ltd to acquire 100% legal and beneficial ownership of 2 exploration licences which comprise the Mt Read Cobalt Project in Tasmania which is considered to be prospective for cobalt, copper, gold and nickel.

An agreement with POZ Minerals Limited (POZ) to acquire 100% legal and beneficial ownership of 3 exploration licences and 1 application for an exploration licence, which together with the Company's existing exploration licence and application for an exploration licence, comprise 4 projects across Western Australia which are considered to be prospective for gold.

It is anticipated that AX8 will list on the ASX during January 2018.

Accelerate Resources has found some gold at its Rossland Gold Project in central southern British Columbia, Canada.

Share price is up 22% so far today. Market cap is still under $8 million, so AX8 has plenty of room to move should more gold be found from additional drilling.

AX8 share price continuing to push higher this morning, up 12.5% to 5.4c. With a market cap of under $10 million I think speculators are seeing some potential value here at current prices.

The March 2 spike was an overreaction, but it woke the market up. This project seems to be a good deal for AX8, as long as the high grade assay results keep coming in and firming it up. Results from one diamond drill hole still outstanding. Follow up drilling of the high priority Gertrude targets is in the planning stages, but my guess is the company will fast track it to try and keep the news flow coming through.

I'm trying to find stuff with a very low MC with potential that hasn't filtered through the market or been ramped on hotcocker. Under $10m MC is a good start. But, these intersections of a meter or so don't give me a rise. I suppose the 110 g/t excited some people but you could get that at Sovereign Hill with a pan.

AX8 are ramping things up in the Pilbara with manganese on the agenda.

They also have a 100% interest in the Tambellup Kaolin Project south of Perth and an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Mt Read Project in Tasmania.

AX8 feels to me like an ambitious up-and-comer with its fingers in a few different pies. It will all hinge on exploration success of course, but I still think this one might have some real prospects.
