Australian real estate ETFs; which one is better, VAP or RENT?

If you wanted to invest via ETF in the Aussie real estate market, which one of these two options would you pick and why.

Im a technical trader.
This is my personal opinion of what I see chart wise.

My choice would be VAP.

Why
Both are correlated.
VAP has been hit just as RENT.
VAP as recovered 50% of its losses.
RENT very little.
VAP is far more liquid so can be invested or traded.
RENT is very thinly traded as harder to get in and out of.

Both are at historic lows.
It is likely that Both will range so not much chance of capital gain in my view.

Bit boring to be honest.
I personally like
ASIA
CNEW
and
ACDC for growth.

Now remember Im a builder not a Financial adviser so Im not qualified to recommend you anything.

Thank you, good point about volumes. I'm also bullish on Chinese stocks by the way.
