Aussie goods are overpriced

We are fortunate we produce quality shellfish, but unfortunate that we cannot afford to buy them except for special occasions. Now the wheel is turning. Our rising dollar means that the overseas market is drying up.

With a little bit of luck, Australian prawns, at least, will soon be on the buffet table.

But watch out for inferior imports from the Mekong delta. Their price will drop further.
