again today, just need decent progress in the development
 
Have noticed a few US biotechs popping over the last few nights.
Alterity (ATHE) on the NASDAQ is currently up 37% pre market.

I'm assuming it's the same company, dual listed or more?

It's a horrible chart really, but today's bar may be the reversal, or not?
There was a US patent granted announcement today.
Not my cup of tea without any DD/FA but may be interesting to watch.

 
Some encouraging news today for ATH with its FDA application to conduct its Phase 2 clinical trials in the US having been approved.

ATH's share price has been in a year long downtrend that seems to have formed a bottom around 1.5c just recently. This news has sent it north again, but it is just the first step in a long, complicated, capital intensive process so management will need to kick some goals in the form of partnership agreements or industry support to generate some positive sentiment and fire up the share price even further.

 
It is almost six months since the last post was from @greggles
ATH has released a SPP @0.035, which reportedly was well received by fundies. Bank of NY has increased its stake by about 2% by subscribing to SPP, but why did they increase their holding to 43%, affecting the liquidity unless they smelled something on the testing, which the market has not yet anticipated?
Friday's volume was considerably higher than previous days. Was it to make the SPP acquisition by the retailers attractive?
The price suddenly jumped by 25%, presumably the profit takers to encash tomorrow.

and that's after a jump from $0.003 when reporting on progress on Phase II trial

Solid phase 2 result published today removing the TH.
Commerc is predicting already 37% increase

opening great show. As I update - 140 m shares changed hands and 62.5% rise.
It will cool down in a couple of hours however as Viagra effect does not last that long
