People smugglers, like all transport operators, simply charge a fee for a trip on their boat. They do not force people to want to get on that boat.We can argue about them smugglers not providing safe vessels, life jackets and comfortable seating for refugees... but ey, if them refugees are rich enough, they'd be flying economy and no body will blame them for being economic migrants.
