Having sold up entirely before the latest wave down (thank goodness!), Im contemplating reentering before year end with all of my spare cash and possibly some debt.

Which shares or sectors would you invest what %s roughly?

How much debt would you take on to reinvest? (I have a firm contract for the next 12 months paying $460k odd).

Im 38 and my goal would be financial independence by 45.
