Surprisingly, there's been absolutely zero coverage of this company on this web-site (that I can see) considering the recent run over the past month as the share price has been 'barrelling out a bottom' and the bearish sentiment has been waning.

Detected in the latest scan for the week (detailed commentary provided within the commentary available in the video below), APM represents a potential bullish opportunity should momentum continue and newer highs be made past the current position. As described in the analyses of the week, the previous bearish trade (which was successful recently) has subsided, which adds further impetus to this potential trade.

Recent cuts to APM targets are now 50% higher than the current price. Value? Why aren't these guys buying?

up as high as $1.44 on the gossips, and closed with a 45 per cent lift
And back down again. Down 29.45% from $1.63 (previous close) to $1.15 (today's close).

Because (quoting from the ASX announcement):

As advised in APM’s trading halt request on 28 March 2024, the Company received a letter from CVC Asia Pacific Limited (CVC) advising that it was unable to proceed to finalise a transaction on terms consistent with their non-binding offer as disclosed. This coincided with the end of CVC’s exclusivity period.

There is however another proposal:

APM subsequently received a non-binding indicative proposal from funds controlled by MDP to acquire all of the shares in APM which it does not already hold for $1.40 cash per share by way of a scheme of arrangement under Part 5.1 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (the MDP Proposal).
