I am in my late 20s from Melbourne and I am stuck in a job I don't like. I have worked in jobs in economics and finance and tried my own start up. I also traded CFDs in the last four years and made over 20% return each year.

I have been in my current workplace for a few years but the culture has become stifling. I feel put down at work and I feel that managers don't care about my goals. I feel that my strengths in analysis, research and verbal communication are not fully utilised. I want to escape.

I am determined to find a job in the next few months. I am open to whatever job I take with a preference to be in an analytical role and I am happy to put in the hard yards and learn.

Is there anyone out there who is happy to sit down with me and give me some pointers? I am happy to shout you a coffee for your time. Thank you.

Have you thought about Propex?

I am not sure if Propex pays a regular salary.

Does anyone know of a friend or recruiter in the finance/property sector I can have a chat with?

I guess if you have to ask that question it's probably not what your looking for.
