Amibroker - How many are actually earning?

Hello everyone,
Sorry to start a new thread, but I was finding it difficult to get this info.
I am a newbie, wanting to start some trading.
I have done some long term investing in shares before, but I would now like to do short term trading.
I have read about traders developing strategies on Amibroker and backtesting it.
Most of the backtest results I have seen have generated amazing returns in the long term.(around 20% p.a.)
This seems like too good to be true.

Anyone using Amibroker regularly, could you please advise if that is achievable?
Is anyone successfully making serious money with trading on previously backdated strategies?

There are a lot of ways to test a system to see if its feasible/ non biased.

Also the markets constantly change so a system could easily become broken one day.

No holy grail bud...

I use Amibroker daily for technical analysis but trade in a discretionary manner. Hope someone pops up with a 'yes i do trade auto. with an Ami. created strategy'.

Yes, it is possible. I don't know how many people achieve that though.

However, I've been trading a system that I developed in Amibroker for the past few years with great success. The results below are using up to approx 2x leverage. This is trading stocks, short-term trades of up to several days duration.
2013FY 35.2%
2014FY 64.5%
2015FY 84.6% (so far)

This financial year has been great for me. I have finally managed to achieve a year's return in the 6 figures (assuming no huge market crash in the next 2 weeks), so I'm pretty happy with that.
