Afterpay is a technology driven payments company which commenced activities in the first half of calendar 2015.

Afterpay provides a service and software infrastructure that allows its retail merchant clients to offer end-customers the ability to buy goods and services on their websites on a "buy now, pay later" basis.

It is anticipated that AFY will list on the ASX during April 2016.

On July 11th, 2017, Afterpay Holdings Limited (AFY) was removed from the ASX's official list at the request of the Company, pursuant to Listing Rule 17.11, following implementation of the scheme of arrangement between the Company and its shareholders in connection with the acquisition of all the shares in the Company by Afterpay Touch Group Limited.
