It is the practiced MO of the Left during bushfire emergencies to look for scapegoats - little kids, the utilities, the army, climate change. Barrie's appointment is unusual to say the least, on the day or just before the writs were issued.
He needs to remember he runs a flagship, although be it very left biased ABC programme, which is paid for by taxpayers.
