Because its going to end up in the courts...under Singapore law i believe, lol assuming that's legal in Indonesia...i have a feeling that the Law in Indonesia wont give a flying F*%k about the Law in Singapore or any decision a Singaporean court makes that wont be binding in Indonesia.What has been factored into the share price today is that the Tujuh Bukit project is gone.
