50 PM limit

Hi

Is there any way that more than 50 PMs can be saved?

When I add them to folders, they still count toward the 50

This means I am always having to delete, meaning that I lose the contact details and cant remember who or what I corresponded with or about.

I dont do a huge number of PMs, so surely someone else has had this problem?

I realize I can copy the text into a non-ASF folder, but that is clunky

Yes, there is a way to save your private messages so you can archive them.

At the bottom of your list of PM's in your Inbox you will notice some text that says: "Download all Private Messages as:" (see attachment) and then gives you three options, XML, CSV or Text. Clicking any one of these will immediately begin a download of your sent and received PMs in the selected format.
