Executive chairman stepping down, major concern. Not 100% sure if I recall the number or not but he had something like a 35% share of the sale pool if 4DS was to be acquired *I could have the wrong*.

I am hoping for an official statement from him regarding his departure hoping for an answer like "I got diagnosed with Alzheimer's" or something unrelated to the company.

Despite this im happy they included the little bit at the bottom saying production was still on track lol
 
I had an interest in this company a few years ago but never got on board and I'm glad I didn't. Any company that has all their eggs in one basket is going to be very volatile and not for the faint-hearted. The 4DS share price has gone from 3c to 23c and back again and has yo-yo'd all over the place at various times since 2020.

The technology sounds very exciting, and I really hope the company eventually gets there, but it's just too risky for me. There is a very real chance that this company could go to zero if their non-volatile memory technology doesn't end up producing a viable commercial product.

Tipped this for the April comp.
The share price appears to be forming a leading diagonal pattern on the chart. 4DS has possibly completed a wave 1 and wave 2 pattern and the next wave could be a quick and steady uptrend.
 
Tipping 4DS for the May comp too. Still waiting on that uptrend to occur. The smaller waves 1 and 2 have occured, which means that the uptrend may happen in May.

 
Tipping 4DS for the June comp. Third time lucky? The relatively same TA setup exists but the share price has been consolidating this month. It still is yet to produce that large uptrend.
 

Things are finally looking more promising on the 4DS chart. In addition to the charts I previously posted, the share price has broken out of a small downtrend resistance line and formed a new recent high.
Volume is increasing as well.
 
Hmm, support broken through (0.028), New level set at (0.025).
 
Racing up in early trade this morning, after the company revealed that testing on its Fourth Platform Lot has produced results that are “significantly better than the board and management team at 4DS were expecting”.

I'm a ninny. Tipped this stock for months on end in the comp, but thought I'd change it up! Oh well, at least I made some profit though.

To be honest I think 4DS has reached it's top today, and it's downward from here. The next mega uptrend should be in a few years. One that will take the share price to even greater than 28c.

The 4DS chart looks very similar to IIQ. On IIQ after forming a similar pattern it retraced dramatically.


 
Huge news for 4DS this morning.

Who knows how high it can go.
