Babcock & Brown (BNB)
Shares off their peak, opportunity to get set for long-term; don't miss it
After our Accumulate at $7.75 on October 7 there was a month to get set before the shares rallied to their peak of $11.08 on December 16. We should have recommended Buy. Illiquidity caused by only 46% free float, as well as conservatism in the prospectus forecasts and excitement at a stream of positive announcements, drove the rally.

Will Babcock and Brown continue upwards ? Any thoughts ?

Ramsay Healthcare (RHC)
First Acquisition of Aged Care Facilities
RHC acquired five aged care facilities in Victoria from Ellis Residential Care for $51m. RHC has a first and last right of refusal on five aged care facilities still in the Ellis portfolio. This is RHC's first significant acquisition in the aged care sector. The five facilities in Victoria comprise 407 high and low care beds. This translates to $125,600 per bed. DCA group last March purchased two aged care facilities at $110,000 per bed. Rising bed values are set to continue as both RHC and DCA increase the size of their portfolios of aged care facilities.

I think Both Aged care and Childcare have a well deserved place in an investment portfolio....any thoughts?
