MIN [holds 19.7% of WGO] has stated that it will not be making a T/O bid for WGO. It wouldn't surprise me if MIN offloaded WGO shares to Gina and in exchange Gina offloaded her NWE shares to MIN Both would then be closer to achieving control of WGO & NWE respectively Just pure speculation by me...
