Just looking for some information with regards to copyright infringement and the posting of charts from free charting services onto blogs etc.

Points of interest:
1. Are screenshots posted on blogs considered copyright theft if they are being used to highlight a trade or a strategy?

2. Are copied charts posted on blogs considered copyright theft if they are being used to highlight a trade or a strategy?

I am not interested in the direct linking of charts as I know that is against the terms of service for most sites.

So for the follwoing sites does anyone know if the above are permissible?

That's how I interpreted it Synical.

Best to get permission just to be safe.
Thanks.

Some websites allow transfers of their information to other websites, charts for instance. However, indirectly they are advertising their information and existance via a ural contained in it. A matter of debate as to this infringing the rules of the website it is being posted on, rather than that it was uploaded etc., from.
